Hello, I'm Vas Priebe, a wellness enthusiasts, Pilates and yoga teacher, holistic health coach, and owner of a wellness collective in Newport Beach, Ca. Inspired to get my ass in gear when diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2007.

What can you expect here?
Thoughts, tips, and tools on what it takes to live well coming from someone that’s been doing it consistently for almost 20 years. I won’t claim it’s easy, my approach isn’t “sexy”, but I will say it works and it’s totally worth it.
With so much chatter out there, people making crazy claims, trying to sell you their product/service; pharmaceuticals, vitamins and supplements, books, foods, superfoods, diet plans, anti-diet plans, gizmos, and gadgets galore, it can be challenging to know where start, or to start at all. It can be overwhelming, to say the least, and humans are getting lost in the marketing, the media, and the algorithm of being well rather than the actual practice of being well.
My passion lies in the practice of wellness and in sharing those practices with others. In encouraging people to stay the course, critically think and reflect, to learn their body, their needs, that mindset matters, and how to apply those things in a balanced and joyful way.
Most importantly, I love empowering clients on how to hold more agency over their choices, their wellness, and how to truly own their path to living well.
Why do I do this?
At 24, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and for the last 16 years, I've not just overcome my diagnosis, but thrived.
I’m inspired by my own results and am passionate about sharing my story and experience with others so they too can discover the power that they hold within.
I have a MBA and certifications in yoga, Pilates, and holistic health coaching and am the owner of a wellness collective, ESO Live Well, in Newport Beach, Ca.. I specialize in 1-1 movement sessions and spend a bulk of my time studying the body. It reveals so much, I absolutely love it. I spend another big chunk of time here on Substack, creating thoughtful content.
My teaching style, born from my gymnastics, yoga, and Pilates background, goes beyond poses. It's about deep embodiment, understanding the "why" behind each movement, the beauty in the details, and leaving my students with more awareness and a harmonious sense of well-being in their body.
My wellness coaching style is derived from both my experience and education. I believe in compassion and grace, but also employ discipline, straight talk, and accountability. The very same things that helped me along the way. It can’t be all rainbows and unicorns, likewise, nobody wants a “drill sergeant” all the time. There is a time and place for both. Tough love and compassionate care.
I believe in balance when it comes to wellness, not perfection. Perfection is too rigid. I think life is meant to be JOYFUL. I love finding the beauty in everything. A forever student, there is always something to learn.
Mostly, I am a passionate encourager to those that need it because I know how f*cking hard it can be to come out of pain or sickness.
It’s also my way to pay it forward as a thank you to ALL of those that have helped me so much along the way. Hopefully, I can continue in your footsteps.
