In this short meditation you’ll dive deeper into your mind-body connection practicing your ability to visualize your body performing movements — to experience your body moving while in meditation.

Each week I find a new way to connect you more deeply to your body by pivoting your perspective, attention, and awareness. I use tools that have helped me over the years and that have helped my clients as well.

Deepening my connection to my body has given me so many gifts, most notably, confidence and agency being in my body. I’ve taken the time to get to know her and in doing so, my body truly feels like my home, a home that I love, not a foreign place yet to be discovered.

My hope is to share this feeling with you.
