If you haven’t tried any of my soups yet, this RECIPE is a fabulous one to start with! It’s delicious and super nutritious, made with beef bone broth, zucchini, fennel, leek, garlic, ginger, kale, and maitake mushrooms. I’ll definitely be making this one again!
The beauty of making pureed soups is that they allow you to combine really diverse ingredients and textures creating flavorful soups with out too much hassle.
Tip: Don’t hold too fast to having the exact ingredients, be creative and trust your intuition when it comes to replacing, swapping, or adding in ingredients. Think of these recipes as outlines where you are free to adjust and modify as you see fit or based on what’s in your fridge.
