Weekly Classes:
Monday Movement Class: 8:30 AM (40 minutes)
Focused on intentional movement, yoga, mat Pilates, mobility.Thursday Meditation: 8:30 PM (20 minutes)
Guided meditation focused on diving deeper into your breath and body.
Monthly Cooking Class:
Cooking with Vas: 5:00 PM (Last Sunday of the Month)
Cook with me live, learning healthy, simple, delicious recipes. I’ll email you the ingredients in the newsletter the week before so you can have them ready to go!
All classes will be streamed LIVE on Substack, and don’t worry if you can’t make it—recordings will also be available for you to watch at your convenience.
Monthly Educational Video: Each month, I’ll release a new video that focuses on a specific area of the body. These videos will complement the movement classes, and by the end of the year, we’ll have covered the entire body!
